Terms and Conditions

Scope

Travelwithany, VAT ID IT03353080215, presents stays, group trips, editorial content and support services for local Maldives experiences. Online information is not a binding offer: availability, prices, inclusions and conditions are confirmed only in writing.

Requests and proposals

Submitting a form, WhatsApp message, Telegram message or email does not create an automatic booking. Each proposal states, where applicable, stay or trip, dates, travellers, included/excluded services, transfers, amounts, deposit, balance and cancellation policy.

The contact form changes by request type: general information requires only essential details; accommodation or group trip requests may require selecting the stay/departure, dates, travellers and budget. Automated requests, spam, offensive content, excessive links or false data may be blocked or deleted.

Prices and availability

Published prices may be indicative or absent. If a stay or trip is marked “on request”, the price depends on availability, seasonality, supplier changes, transfers, rooms, number of travellers and requested services. Material or technical errors are not binding.

Bookings

A booking becomes effective only after written confirmation and fulfilment of the conditions stated in the proposal, including deposit payment when required. The user dashboard shows bookings created or linked by the admin, with status and details.

Payments, deposit and balance

Payment methods, deadlines and amounts are stated in the proposal or confirmation. Failure to pay on time may lead to suspension, loss of availability or cancellation under the applicable policy.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellations, date changes, room changes, traveller substitutions or service variations follow the specific proposal and supplier terms. Some local services, transfers, excursions or promotional rates may be non-refundable.

Documents, health and conduct

The user is responsible for passport, visas, health requirements, travel insurance, physical fitness for excursions and compliance with local rules. In inhabited islands, rules may apply to clothing, alcohol, bikini beach areas, environmental protection and public conduct.

Local suppliers and external events

Stays, guides, transfer providers, airlines, boats and other suppliers may apply their own conditions. Weather, sea conditions, authorities, delays, flight cancellations, force majeure or safety may require operational changes. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed.

User account

Users must keep credentials confidential and profile data updated. Account deletion may be requested or started where available; records required by law or administration may remain, including bookings, reviews and submitted requests.

Content, reviews and intellectual property

Texts, graphics, layout, brand and website content belong to Travelwithany or their respective owners. Submitted reviews may be moderated, approved, rejected or selected for homepage visibility by the admin. Offensive, false, defamatory or unlawful content is prohibited.

Admins may upload and reuse media on Cloudflare R2 for stays, group trips, blog, hero and public content. Whoever uploads a file declares they have the right to use it and must not upload unlawful, confidential or third-party-infringing material.

Liability limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Travelwithany is not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, supplier failures or events outside its control. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. For consumers, the court of residence or domicile remains competent where required by applicable law.
